Take a trip to the Southwest Coast of Ireland and explore country Kerry, one of Irelands most breathtaking destinations known famously for its charming villages, rugged coastlines and dramatic landscapes. Kerry is the perfect escape for all types of travellers from the adventurous, foodies and people looking to relax and rewind. Here we have put together an itinerary for a three day stay in the beloved County Kerry to guide you through your stay.
Day 1
Morning
Start the day off in Kerry with a private tour of Killarney National Park, a location filled with trees, tranquil lakes and the beautiful Muckross House. If you are feeling more energetic you can try out the Backpacker Walker tour which is a 5 hour guided tour which will show you all around the iconic lakes that make Kerry such an appealing location by boat.
Afternoon
Spend the afternoon discovering the Gap Of Dunloe either by boat or take the Gap Of Dunloe walking tour. Each of these tours offer you with an insightful experience getting to whiteness the beautiful scenery while also learning tales about the breathtaking landscapes. If you are taking the walking tour, make sure to wear the comfiest shoes you own because this walk is not for the faint hearted!
Evening
After a busy day exploring, unwind during a tasting tour at the Killarney Distillery Tour or the Killarney Brewery Tour (whatever tickles the tastebuds). If you aren’t up for a few drinks tonight that’s okay, there is still plenty for you to do. Take yourself into Killarney town and have a relaxed meal in a cosy local pub.

Day 2
Morning
Spend the morning on day two visiting the Dingle Peninsula, famous for its dolphin friend Fungie. Take a walk around the seaside village and keep an eye out for the statue in the town dedicated to Dingle’s gentle giant.
Afternoon
In the afternoon take a trip out on the water and get the chance to see dolphins (maybe not Fungie but you never know) and view the beautifully rugged coastline. You can do this on a private yellow rib ride or on a sea safari rib guide, whatever you please! Make sure if you have a big group to pre book in advance to ensure you get out onto the deep blue waters.
Evening
For the evening activities you should try the Portmagee Whiskey- Spirit Of The Sea Tour where you will get to taste lots of drinks and a guaranteed good night. If you’re feeling tamer, have a meal in Dingle town enjoying some seafood and lively local atmosphere.
