Gin School Experience

Listoke Distillery & Gin School stands out as a distinctive venue that welcomes visitors to discover their craft as well as participating in a hands-on workshop!

Listoke provide all the essentials for mastering the art of gin-making, supplying botanicals, alcohol, bottles, labels, and plenty of friendly guidance to ensure a successful experience. Each participant enjoys their own mini still in a well-lit room, with fully accessible toilets and learning facilities available to make sure the activity is seamless and memorable for all guests.

Not only will visitors learn about the distilling process but they can see the working stills, the packaging area, and other special insights. There are a variety of opportunities for interaction with Listoke staff and fellow learners, making this experience highly social and enjoyable.

• You must be over 18 to attend a class at Listoke Gin School.
• Anyone who presents themselves 20 minutes after class commencing may be refused admission and forfeit the payment of the class, this will be at the tutors discretion on the day.
• Participants will be given a briefing on health and safety in Listoke Gin School prior to class commencing.

• The consumption of alcohol anywhere on the grounds of the estate other than in the Gin School is strictly prohibited. Anyone found consuming alcohol other than in the Gin School will be removed from the premises.
• If you have allergies please alert us in advance.

Arrival

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a refreshing Gin & Tonic.

Tour

Guests are guided through the distillery, embarking on a tour that covers everything from the production process of Listoke 1777 Gin to the botanicals utilised and the operational bottling line.

Gin Making Class

Guests have the freedom to select their preferred recipe from a variety of citrus, floral, and spice options available.

Distillation

With the pot-stills prepared, it's time for another round of G&Ts as everyone eagerly awaits the start of their gin distillation.

Food

Indulge in a selection of local meats and cheeses sourced from the Boyne Valley.

Gin Bottled

After the gin is collected in glass beakers, it's blended to the desired alcohol percentage, bottled, sealed, and dressed with a distinctive owl label.

• There is a strict 14 day cancellation policy in place. Should you wish to reschedule a Listoke Gin Class that has been booked we require a minimum of 14 days notice in order to reschedule your class.
• If you cancel the class within the 14 days, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
• In the unlikely event that Listoke Gin School must cancel a class, customers will be accommodated with an alternative class or payment refund.
