The Whiskey and Food pairing tour brings you around the fully operating whiskey distillery led by your tour guide.

Learn about the on-site maturation warehouse which is followed by whiskey tastings of the award winning Fercullen Irish Whiskey

While enjoying your whiskey you will be presented with a selection of delicious local cheeses and charcuterie.

After you watch an introductory video, you'll get a guided tour of of the production floor along with an explanation of the processes involved in the whiskey making and the equipment associated with it.

• Warehouse Tour; Immerse yourself in the environment where the whiskey is both blended and filled - as the barrels get filled for maturation.

Great experience. Kieran, our guide, was comprehensive and encouraged questions. Im not a whiskey drinker, but have a new appreciation for it. Some stairs involved but they do have an elevator. Great food and whiskey pairings
