This unique experience invites you to explore the wild herbs and native botanical of West Cork. You’ll learn about the history, health benefits, and sustainable harvesting of wild herbs that have been enjoyed for centuries.
Stroll through the trail as you identify and gather plants like nettle, meadow sweet, hawthorn, and mint. The expert guide will share their deep knowledge on how these botanical are carefully dried and blended to produce aromatic, flavorful teas. You’ll also gain insight into traditional herbal remedies and the vital role these plants play in local ecosystems.
Complete the tour with a tea tasting session around the campfire, where you can savour freshly brewed wild teas crafted from your findings. Paired with homemade treats, this calming ritual offers a perfect moment to relax, reflect, and connect with nature.
