Please arrive at your chosen departure point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing. Your boat will return to the same location where your journey began.

• No boating licence or previous experience is required.
• Suitable for ages 7 years and above.
• Maximum group size is four adults or two adults and three children.
• Boats are not wheelchair accessible, although ambulatory wheelchair users are welcome.
• The experience is suitable for blind and deaf visitors, and accommodations may be available for neurodivergent guests upon request.

Arrive at your selected departure point in either Terryglass or Portumna approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Return the boat to your original departure location at the end of your allocated hire period.
