School Group Package

Two Green Shoots has introduced a new 3-hour experience designed for school groups. This unique package allows students to step away from the classroom and connect with nature and their natural instincts. This brings learning to life while offering a hands-on, engaging experience.

Esk mountain is home to 280 acres of foraging trails and outdoor learning spaces. This package provides a multi-sensory experience that awakes your sight, smell, touch and taste!

The groups will safely forage for wild plants, cook bread over the campfire and make natural pesto. Each experience is tailored to suit the children's age, interest and needs - a truly unique experience like no other!

Enjoy a 30-minute guided forage walk, searching for your natural ingredients, followed by a 1 hour campfire lunch where you will taste your home made bread and team-made pesto.

Following this, is a 90-minute craft work shop where you will create your own up-cycled basket and plant pot using natural fibres. This element allows students to take away something they created and be proud of - making lasting memories and a trophy item to cherish.

30 students per group or minimum equivalent. The Group will be divided up into two smaller groups of 15.

This school package has been designed for those in 2nd class all the way up to the leaving cert 6th years.

Off Road parking available for 1 30 seater coach and 6 additional cars.

Group one will begin with the foraging walk and campfire feast whilst the other group will begin with the nature craft. The two groups will then swap over and do the other activities.
