Full Description

Step into the waves with a professionally guided surf lesson designed to help beginners build skills and confidence from the very first session. This 2-hour guided session is designed for complete beginners and those looking to build confidence in the water, with expert instruction from fully qualified surf coaches. Your lesson begins on the beach with a safety briefing and step-by-step technique coaching before heading into the waves to put your skills into practice.

All equipment is provided, including a warm wetsuit and soft-top surfboard, so you can focus entirely on enjoying the experience. Lessons take place on some of Donegal’s most beginner-friendly beaches, such as Tullan Strand or Rossnowlagh, chosen daily based on conditions. With small group sizes, hands-on coaching, and a relaxed, fun atmosphere, this adult surf lesson is the perfect introduction to surfing along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Location

Beginner surf lesson are run in Tullan Strand (Bundoran) and Rossnowalgh beach. In case of bigger swells lessons at Tullan strand can be moved to Rossnowalgh. Our instructors will meet you at our booking office located at both beaches.

Surf lessons include the use of boards and wetsuits. You just need a towel and togs/swimsuit.
