Where and how the wines are made

• Explore the processes and locations involved in crafting wines, gaining insights into the meticulous attention given to producing limited quantities of distinct and uncommon wines. Witness the artistry behind handcrafting these exceptional beverages from berries grown in the local area.

• Depending on the season, you might observe an active fermentation, immersing yourself in the vibrant hues, captivating fragrances, and unexpected sounds emanating from the fermenting berry juices.

• Discover the intricacies of the twelve-month period between the initial fermentation of the juices and the final bottling of the wines.

• Brett will illustrate the manual craftsmanship involved in the creation of each wine bottle, emphasising the individual hand bottling, corking, labelling, and unique numbering processes.
